Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. This game does not have any fixed standard playing area, but an ideal measurement can be decided as per the availability of space and number of players involved. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. The two basic forms of playing golf are match play and stroke play. There are several types of golf courses namely Parkland, Links, and Health land, Desert, Browns, Sand, Snow, Par3 and Executive.
 
Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club is located in Coto de Caza, California. Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club is Private, and it has thirty-six holes. This private club has two excellent eighteen hole courses. The North course has difficult greens to read, and it is wide open off the tees. Lakes come into play on several holes. The course was rated in the top twenty by California Golf. The South Course is tighter from off the tees, and the greens are flat and easy to recover from. The terrain on both courses is rolling.
 
It was built in the year 1987 and is designed by Robert Trent Jones. It has Greens Grass type Bent Grass and Fairways Grass type is Bermuda grass. It has water hazards and sand bunkers. Coto de Caza Golf and Racquet Club has earliest call for tee time at six. It has training and practice centre facilities with Putting Green, Chipping Area, and Teaching Professional. Brian Shearan is available as On-Site Golf Professional. There is no specific dress code. Spikes are present. This course carts include Electric, Course access. Walking is allowed for this course member. Surrounding Area County is Orange. Homes on the course are present but no Golf Community.
