Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. This game does not have any fixed standard playing area, but an ideal measurement can be decided as per the availability of space and number of players involved. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. The two basic forms of playing golf are match play and stroke play. There are several types of golf courses namely Parkland, Links, and Health land, Desert, Browns, Sand, Snow, Par3 and Executive. Costa Mesa Golf and country club is located in Costa Mesa, California. Costa Mesa Golf and Country Club is Public, and it has thirty-six holes. Costa Mesa Country Club has two eighteen hole courses. The Los Lagos course is the longer of the two courses with its greatest challenge being the trees that line the fairways. There are five ponds on the course. The Mesa Linda Course is shorter and good scores are not uncommon. This course only has one water hazard. Both courses have several sand bunkers on the fairways and around the greens. The greens on both courses are large, have medium speed and are heavily sloped. Ron Fream redesigned both courses during the 1980's. It is built in the year 1968 and is design by William F. Bell. The Greens Grass type is Bent Grass and Fairways Grass type is Bermuda grass. It has water hazards and sand bunkers. Costa Mesa Golf and country club has earliest call for tee time at six. It has training and practice centre facilities with Putting Green. Brad Booth is available as On-Site Golf Professional. There is no specific dress code. Walking is allowed for this course member. Surrounding Area County is Orange. Homes on Course are present and Golf Community is not included. Costa Mesa Golf and country club is one of the best Golf courses offering the players suitable playing environment. Its best conditions make it favorable for the players to perform, and come up with their best performance.
