There are ponds, lakes and a river that come into play on seven holes. A redesign of the course was completed in 1984 by John LaFoy.
The course features includes green grass type of the Bermuda grass category and Fairways Grass Type of the Bermuda grass category. It is specialized with water hazards also has 200, 150, 100 yard markers and Sprinkler Heads Marked. It is a public golf course that has 18 holes and is extremely well maintained with a great deal of variation.
