Ron Fream has redesigned both courses in the late 1980's. It was built in the year 1923 and was designed by William P. Bell. It is fully covered with Bermuda grass.
 
It has training and practice centre with some advance points. The training facilities available in the course include putting green and chipping area. According to the policies of the course, no dress code is available for players, no discount system is available for their players, the restaurant and fee structure is available for their receivers and the rental and fee structure include cart fees costing from 10 to 15 dollars per cart with pullcarts costing from 0 to 5 dollars.
