Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club
Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. This game does not have any fixed standard playing area, but an ideal measurement can be decided as per the availability of space and number of players involved. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. Although often viewed as an elite pastime, golf is now becoming an increasingly popular sport across all sections of society.
The two basic forms of playing golf are match play and stroke play. Golf is played on a 0tract of land known as the course which consists of a series of holes or cups. Most golf courses usually consist of nine or eighteen holes. There are several types of golf courses namely Parkland, Links, and Health land, Desert, Browns, Sand, Snow, Par3 and Executive.
Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club is located in San Diego, California. This is a public course with 18 holes. This course has a lot of uphill and downhill shots owing to the mountains. The tree-lined fairways, along with well-bunkered holes, enlarge the course's difficulty. This club was built in 1986 and was designed by Ron Fream. It is fully covered with Bermuda Grass and Bent Grass.
Besides it has training and practice centre with some advance points and the training facilities include Putting Green. Twilight, Junior and Senior players discount system is obtainable and the rental and fee structure include cart fees and pull carts. A restaurant and fee structure is available for their receivers. The Club has a surrounding area that includes San Diego County.
Their goal is not to merely make the green but also to improve the quality of the game. They focus to exceed the needs and expectations of their members, guests and landlords by maintaining superior golf facilities and providing exceptional service at a great value.
