The course features include the Bermuda grass type, with 21 to 30 sand bunkers and 200, 150, 100 yard markers.
This course has water hazards with four creeks and six ponds that come into play on fourteen holes. The fairways vary in width, the greens vary in size and undulation, and the terrain varies between flat and rolling. Patches of woodlands are scattered throughout the entire course and at times can cause golfers some real grief.
