Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe

Golf is an outdoor sport, originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. Golf is played on a tract of land known as the course which consists of a series of holes or cups. Most golf courses usually consist of nine or eighteen holes. There are several types of golf courses namely Parkland, Links, Healthland, Desert, Browns, Sand, Snow, Par3 and Executive.

Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe is located in Rancho Santa Fe, California, United States of America. This Private Course consisting of eighteen holes was formerly named the Horizon Club, is set among canyons, natural vegetation and a free-flowing creek. It's a classic architectural style similar to the landmark Riviera and Bel Air clubs in Los Angeles. The Bridges At Rancho Santa Fe is a championship eighteen hole track designed by architect Robert Trent Jones II. This par 71 course plays to well over 7,000-yards from the tips. The holes play through deep canyons and ravines, and over streams and lakes. Five sets of tees complement the architect's strong sense of risk or reward golf incorporated into this course.

This Course has a Bent Grass type for the Greens and Fairways as well with Water Hazards and 71 to 80 Sand Bunkers. It also has Yardage Markers of 200, 150, 100 and Marked Sprinkler Heads. The Course provides 7 colored tees options for Men and Women from Black to Red ranging from 6916 to 5078 yardages with slope ranges of 145 to 121 for the par 71 Course.
