Brentwood Country Club
Golf is an outdoor sport, originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. Golf is played on a tract of land known as the course which consists of a series of holes or cups. Most golf courses usually consist of nine or eighteen holes. There are several types of golf courses namely Parkland, Links, Healthland, Desert, Browns, Sand, Snow, Par3 and Executive. Brentwood Country Club is located in Los Angeles, California, United States of America. It is a Private Course consisting of eighteen holes. This course has large, undulating, and fast greens, plus narrow, tree-lined fairways. Water hazards come into play on one hole. Max Behr, Willie Watson, Ron Fream and Robert Muir Graves have each done redesigns on the course. Caddies are mandatory if you choose to walk the course. Brentwood Country Club was built in the year 1910 and has a Poa Annua Grass type for the Greens and a Bent Grass type for the Fairways with Water Hazards and 51 to 60 Sand Bunkers. There are Yardage Markers of 200, 150 and 100. Colored Tees of Blue, White and Red with slope gradients of 124, 117 and 127 for a rating of 72.30, 70.60 and 75.30 with Yardages of 6734, 6524 and 5995 are provided respectively. Their Training and Practice facilities are provided with a Putting Green and a Chipping Area with a Teaching Professional. Their Dress Code only requires that no spikes be worn and it is closed to Guests. No Clubs are provided on a rental basis. There is Course access for the Electric carts and walking. Their goal isn't just to make the green, it's to improve the quality of the game.
