Rio Vista Golf Club is a golf club, located in Summerset Rio Vista, California. The course type is public with 18 holes. It was built in the year 1996 by designer Ted Robinson. The greens grass type is bent and fairways grass type is bent grass. There are few water hazards and 51 to 60 sand bunkers that come into play. This links-style course opened nine new holes in May 1998, giving it a total of eighteen holes. There are ten lakes, numerous bunkers and spectacular waterfalls highlighting the design. Fairways are spacious and forgiving, although there are out-of-bounds areas on each side. The signature hole is 18, a 372-yard, par 4, which features a large pond that comes into play 100 yards in front of the green.
The course accepts tee times and the earliest tee time is seven. Driving range is not applicable. The course provides training facilities like, putting green, chipping area, teaching professional. The on-site golf pro is Mike Kieser. Dress code is not applicable. It also provides facility like rental clubs, snack bar, beer and wine. Rio vista golf club is surrounded by County Solano.
