It is a private golf course that has 18 holes and is extremely well maintained with a great deal of variation. It was built in the year 1971 and designed by a renowned designer Neal Holland. The course features includes Bermuda grass type with 31 to 40 sand bunkers and only 150 yard markers.
Palm Desert Greens Country Club golf course is well-bunkered executive course and is best known for its large and contoured greens. The fairways are lined by both trees and houses. There are water hazards that are well positioned and make the par 3's troublesome. The wind kicks up in the daytime making proper club selection an important aspect of the game.
