This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. These links-style courses were built in a canyon among the San Clemente hills. The courses also feature heavy brush on the sides of the fairways, but no trees.
There are many sand bunkers incorporated into the course design, but the natural terrain, which you must cross on many occasions in front of the tees and greens, proves to be a greater hazard than the sand. This is a 574-yard, par 5, which requires a blind tee shot to a downhill slope, then a carefully-placed second shot to position the golfer in front of a stream that flows in front of the green.
The course was built in the year 1988 and was designed by Gary Player. The greens grass in the course is of the bent grass type and the fairways grass is of the bermuda grass type with water hazards. There are around 41 to9 50 sand bunkers in the course. The training facilities made available in the course are Putting Green and Chipping Area. Spikes are mandatory in the course. The carts made available in the course are electric. Clubs, apparel and accessories are the products made available in the course.
