Mira Vista Golf & Country Club is a famous golf course that is located in the El Cerrito suburb of California. It is a private golf course that has 18 holes and is extremely well maintained with a great deal of variation. It was built in the year 1921 and designed by a renowned designer Willie Watson. The course features include Poa Annua grass type with 11 to 20 sand bunkers and sprinkler head yard markers.
Mira Vista Golf & Country Club is located on the hilly area and has a commanding view of Marin County, San Francisco, and the Golden Gate Bridge. The design includes small greens and tight fairways lined with redwood and eucalyptus trees that are almost 80 years old. Each of the tees is rated for both men and ladies. The course also has water hazards that come into play on some holes.
