Los Coyotes Country Club
Golf is an outdoor sport where player as an individual or from varied teams strike a ball targeting a hole using various clubs. This game does not have any fixed standard playing area, but an ideal measurement can be decided as per the availability of space and number of players involved. The game basically originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. The two basic forms of playing golf are match play and stroke play. There are several types of golf courses namely Parkland, Links, Health land, Desert, Browns, Sand, Snow, Par3 and Executive.
Los Coyotes country club is located in Buena Park, California. The course type is private with 54 holes. This club offers three nine-hole courses played in three eighteen-hole combinations. The Lake course plays the shortest of the three and has water coming into play on four holes. Both the valley and the vista courses play longer and have water hazards coming into play on several holes. The fairways on both courses are medium in width and the greens are large and fast. There is no reciprocal play allowed on weekends, only members and sponsored guests are permitted to play.
Los Coyotes was built in 1958 by designer William F. Bell. The greens grass type is bermuda grass and fairways grass type is bermuda grass. Water hazards are present with 31 to 40 sand bunkers. The course accepts tee times and the earliest call for tee time is six. It also provides training facilities like putting green, teaching professional, chipping area. The on-site golf professional available is Brad Shupe. Dress code is not applicable. It provides the rental clubs, restaurant, and snack bar. The surrounding county is orange. Homes are present on course and there is no golf community.
