Hobergs Forest Lake Golf Course
Golf is an outdoor sport, originated from Scotland and has been played for at least five centuries in the British Isles. Golf is played on a tract of land known as the course which consists of a series of holes or cups. Most golf courses usually consist of nine or eighteen holes. There are several types of golf courses namely Parkland, Links, Healthland, Desert, Browns, Sand, Snow, Par3 and Executive.
Hobergs Forest Lake Golf Course is situated at 10200 Golf Road, Cobb, California, United States of America. It is a Public Course with 18 holes. This very scenic course features several mountain views. There is a creek that runs throughout the course that comes into play on three holes. The fairways are tree lined. The senior discount is only good on Tuesday.
The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round. This Course features Regular and Ladies’ Tees having Yardages of 4581 for both with Slope gradients of 109 and 114 for Course ratings of 61.80 and 64.70, respectively.
Hobergs Forest Lake Golf Course was built in the year 1953. This Course has a Bent Grass type for the Greens and a Winter Rye Grass type for the Fairways with Water Hazards and 11 to 20 Sand Bunkers. It has Yardage Markers of 150 Yard Bird House Markers. Their training facilities provide a Putting Green with a Teaching Professional. Spikes are not to be worn and the Course is open to Guests. The Clubs are available on a rental basis. There is Course access for the Electric Carts and walking.
