Headquartered in the suburbs of Chicago, Tour Edge was founded in 1985 by David Glod, a former golf professional at Village Links Golf Club in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. David's goal was to change the consumer's perception of value and quality in golf clubs. He designed his first club in 1987.

The Tour Edge Golf product is in woods comprising of exotics driver, exotics fairway, V25 driver, bazooka JMAX Carbon, bazooka JMAX QL and Houdini. In iron section it comprises of QL iron-wood, JMAX iron-wood, tour iron-wood, exotics EX-1, bazooka JMAX QL, JMAX QL combo, forged V-blade. In Utility it comprises of QL iron-wood, exotics hybrid, JMAX iron-wood, tour iron-wood and Houdini. In Full Sets it has HP5. In Wedges section it comprises JMAX milled face, JMAX bounce, JMAX iron-wood. In Putters they have V25, 20th anniversary, hovercraft, automatic and backdraft.
